What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a form of physical therapy that uses manual techniques to restore mobility and proper bio-mechanical and physiological function to joints, muscles, connecting fascia, and to the vascular, digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Osteopathic treatment examines how the body functions as whole as opposed to viewing it as separate parts, or separate symptoms. In her role as an RMT, Meaghan treats Members exclusively. Meaghan’s clients receive the extra special care and attention they have come to know and love. After graduating her massage studies in 2008, Meaghan spent a year working abroad at an authentic Ayurvedic retreat where she worked as an Ayurvedic Practitioner as well as Thai Massage and other various Asian modalities.

This experience has influenced her style of therapeutic massage treatments as well as deepened her love for Yoga as a healing practice.

Jordan is a Registered Acupuncturist with formal training in both Canada and the UK. He has lectured internationally at the university level, with students across North America, Europe and Australia. For the past nine years, Jordan has been immersed in a daily practice of Qigong and meditation, which he has been teaching since 2018.
